A house/duplex can be a great choice of home. In some parts of the world, it is also known as a semi detached house whereby the two units share the same wall between them. Duplexes are sought after by extended families who want all their family members to stay in close proximity with each other. Although this sort of property can be rather dear, more and more families are seeking loans in order to pay the mortgage on their desired duplex. Apparently nothing is more precious to their children than living with their grandparents and sometimes aunts and uncles under the same roof.
